(\u201cNeo\u201d, \u201cthe Company\u201d), which produces and distributes a broad range of light and heavy <a title=\"Rare Earth Materials\" href=\"https:\/\/neowatertreatment.com\/tag\/rare-earth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rare earth<\/a> engineered products, reported today its successful outcome in the German Federal Patent Court in Munich on September 26 to invalidate several of Solvay\u2019s patent claims on product composition in patent number EP0605274. The verdict is subject to Solvay\u2019s right of appeal.<\/p>\n<p>Solvay had previously sued Neo in the German Court of Dusseldorf for infringement of the patent claims in EP0605274, now held to be invalid in first instance in Germany, and obtained a judgment of infringement, which Neo has appealed.
